Stress Intense emotional stress can lead to hair fall on a worrying scale. Stress is everyday part of our lives but we need to control it otherwise it will effect you physically and mentally. Hair Products Some of the hair products that you are using may be the reason. Stop or change your hair products and get some advice from a dermatologist. Hot Showers Your hair and scalp become dry as the natural oils get washed out with hot water, keep the water not so hot. Maybe apply Coconut oil to your hair after a shower, this will help your hair not to get so dry. Wet Hair This is because wet hair is more prone to breakage. To cure this, swap your towel for a t-shirt when drying your hair, this is gentler and leads to smoother locks. If you need to comb while wet, opt for a wide toothed comb not a brush. Blow Drying Blow drying can damage your hair, but if you like the results styling with a dryer, there are lots of ways to minimize heat. For one, use a tourmaline dryer which is more efficient and easier on the hair. There are styling oils and/or creams available that you can use before you dry which puts a protective seal on your hair Ponytail Ponytails and braids can cause hair to break, especially if your style is pulled tightly. If you wear it that way every day, permanent hair damage can occur, maybe change your hairstyle around each day. Medication Well, sometimes hair fall can also be simply due to the medicines you take.
